About

The Liberal Arts Programme firmly believes that new ideas come from ‘thinking outside the box’ and developing new perspectives that combine diverse ways of knowing the world. And with our enabling environment, empowered leadership and governance structure, we are breaking away from the pattern of conventional and rigid program and creating student-centric, flexible learning systems, and allow students to explore and curate their own visions and aspirations - incorporating creative expressions like music, theatre, art and sports into the curriculum as well.

Testimonials

Ms. Pranati Narain

States that the interdisciplinary nature of Liberal Arts has shaped the way she thinks and approaches problems around her. “Our course encourages us to question everything and address a single problem from multiple perspectives. There is often no single correct solution to a problem, and a solution for one party may form the basis of a problem for another. Liberal Arts has taught me to take into account more perspectives when drafting a solution.” She believes that studying a combination of history and economics, or political thought with coding, is what prepares them for a future that is becoming increasingly rooted in interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary requirements. In her words, “All you need in order to truly enjoy this course is an open mind and the passion for learning something new every day.”
